Term & Condition

1. General Information

Elite Chauffeurs Ireland Service (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides premium chauffeur-driven transportation services across Ireland. By booking a service with us, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings

• All bookings must be made through our official booking platform, email, or by phone.
• Confirmations will be sent visa email or SMS or WhatsApp – We will send the confirmation – in case, if any area – we are unable to serve we will reject the order and refund fully.
• For airport transfers, correct flight details must be provided to ensure timely service.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 10 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 10 hours of the pickup time will be charged in full.
• No-shows or failure to cancel will be treated as a completed ride and billed accordingly.

4. Waiting Time & Delays

• Airport pickups: We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight landing.
• Other pickups: Include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• After this, a standard hourly rate will apply in 15-minute increments.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All rates are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges (e.g., extra stops, waiting time, out-of-hours service) may apply.
• Payment can also be made through a payment link, which incurs a 3% payment charge.

6. Liability

• We strive to ensure punctuality and reliability but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., weather, traffic, or strikes).
• While we take the utmost care with personal belongings, we are not responsible for items lost or left behind in the vehicle.

7. Conduct & Safety

• Passengers must follow safety instructions and wear seatbelts at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged in full to the customer.

8. Data Privacy

• We process customer data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Information is used only to fulfill your booking and is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to make changes to the service or terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
